Inspire curiosity

Inking My Thinking

I live in Wisconsin, where I my gardens are filled with flowers and an occasional vegetable. I collect door knobs, political buttons, and books. (Doorknobs… I know right?) I require a daily dose of early-morning writing and afternoon sweets along with flowers, family, and home-brewed espresso sprinkled throughout my days. As an educator and school principal, I enjoyed teaching children to be curious, ask lots of questions, read, to use the best words. I love writing for children, sparking their curiosity.

I write about our curious and wondrous world. Whales, rocks, cave art, fossils, bees, trees, and asphalt seeps that trapped Ice Age animals and much more.
